Low-Carb Protein Jello

Since today is a low carb day we can’t eat anything that is high in carbs. So again we decided to take a dessert recipe from this guy on Youtube. You can check him out using this link

So the ingredients are pretty easy to get (once you’re into bodybuilding etc)


  • Fat free Strawberry Jello (We got ours at Peppercorns)
  • 1 Scoop of Protein Powder ( We used French Vanilla Whey protein)


  • Bring two(2) cups of water to a boil
  • Add Jello mix to the boiling water
  • Stir until Jello mix is fully dissolved
  • In a shaker bottle, add two(2) cups of cold water
  • Add Protein Powder and shake until there are no more clumps of protein
  • Pour the 2 cups of protein into the jello mixture
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours

We topped it with some Fat Free Whipped Cream
